From start to finish the experience was wonderful. Julian was fantastic. He did great work and was very pleasant. He communicated well. Office called to clarify what I was requesting. It was a two day project of cleaning the house, garage, solar panels and fountain. Also power washing walk way and garage with window interior/exterior.

As a retired general contractor, I am impressed with every aspect of the service provided by B&B. From the estimating to the on-site supervision, the communication, workmanship, attention to detail, ability and willingness to adapt to unforeseen conditions, respect for property and landscaping and finally the cleanup. We needed gutter cleaning and installation of new gutter guards, exterior window cleaning, skylights and glass awnings, solar panel cleaning and power-washing of exterior walls, metal deck railing and hardwood decking. The crew was the right size and properly equipped to do this 2 story, steeply pitched roof job in a day. B&B is my go-to vendor for this kind of maintenance work from now on.
