I used this company for the last couple years, and, again, they did a good job in a timely way and were still priced reasonably (although their prices increased by almost 5%...what's new).

They cleaned my windows inside and out plus pressure washed the front side of my home. This time they didn't use a ladder to clean most of the outside windows. They used a wand with an extension brush, and this process left a few marks when the water dried out. I praised them in my last review for using a ladder and doing a perfect job.

However the marks were few and not that noticeable. One exception was me asking them to give more attention to a greenhouse window in the kitchen. Water spots were more evident on the exterior glass, and they got a ladder and cleaned them perfectly.

They also washed my screens that were in good shape. B & B Windows didn't repair screens last year, and I don't know if that has changed.

As I mentioned, they pressure washed the front of my house, and the results were great. There was a lots of dirt from cars traveling on a main arterial in front of my house, and the front was looking bad. Now it looks just like it was painted (the year old paint job looked like it was 4-5 years old).

I've used pressure washing on various sides on my house over the years; it's simply an economical and environmentally friendly way to make my house look good (as well as generally good maintenance).

Overall, they were obvious in their intent to do a good job, had ladders, and the windows were near perfect. They were also courteous and respectful of my property. Because the minor window marks mentioned earlier, I would honestly give them 4.8 stars if I was able to (I'm fussy). I would certainly recommend them and will likely hire them next year.
