They did a great job deep cleaning some of the clogged gutters, then Rinsing them down to The downspouts making sure that downspouts were also clear They also had a service to clean off the solar panels with water and they scrubbed them. The panels have been collecting dust from a construction project that was done next-door. Hopefully, now there is over. It won’t be so bad before they left. I asked him to look at a spot on the roof that I Thought was the source of leaking in the back of the warehouse. I had a drone operator thoroughly photograph the roof to know what I was up against before I started. I had some seam tape that I asked him to put over a spot and I showed him the picture they did it wasn’t in the scope of work, but it wasn’t hard for them to do while they were there anyhow, but it saved me a lot of time bringing somebody else in. It was as I hoped the cause of the leak and it is now been fixed.

Eduardo was the main person we spoke with. Extremely competent, friendly, informative. We had gutters cleaned and solar panels cleaned. Very satisfied and will schedule for next year!

This was a very easy and professional company to deal with. The front office was friendly, accessible and communicative. The team arrived promptly worked hard, did a great job and cleaned up completely. My gutters had been neglected for so long, grass was growing out of them! They were cleaned out, and gutter guards were installed. Each step was photographed and shown to me at the end, so I didn’t have to climb up onto the roof to see for myself! Very pleased with the results.
