Some Kind Words From Our Customers

The service crew did a good job on cleaning the gutters as well the job site afterwards. They came on time and friendly!

On time, on budget and with great quality. Cleaning gutters is messy, and I saw how much dirt they have excavated. But, once it was done, the entire area around the house, and house itself looked pristine. Good job!

Had B&B out today to clean our gutters. Did a great job! The guys were professional, friendly and did a thorough job explaining the work, and when to do it again, etc. I’m a critic for lack of professionalism and/or customer service-didn’t experience any of that. Great job from initial contact to the conclusion of work! I will definitely have them Back!! Thanks B&B!

Gutter cleaning: On time, cleaned all gutters and downspouts, fixed gutters in two places, first class operation!

Have been having B&B clean the exterior of my windows (I do the insides of the windows in my 2-story home) and rain gutters for about 20 years now. My home is located in Marin Co. so workers come from their Richmond office. The usual great service a couple of days ago, this time by Eric and Anton. Professional, courteous & thorough. Nice to be looking through clean windows and dust-free screens again and I'm ready for winter with clean gutters.

We really enjoy working with B&B, they always do a conscientious job, notice when something needs attention, and are very pleasant and attentive. Thank you, team B&B!

We had used B & B for gutter, solar panel and window cleaning several times in the past but hadn't gotten it together to do it in a couple of years. We were delighted that their service is still excellent. The team members they sent were prompt, efficient and pleasant to be around. They did a great job.

B&B did a great job cleaning our gutters! They were easy to communicate with, showed up on time, and did excellent work. Everyone was friendly and professional, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

The guys did a great job on the gutters, arrived on time and were professional. Gutter cleaning makes a big mess and they were very conscientious about cleaning it up. I would definitely recommend and I will be using them again.

They arrived promptly as scheduled at 8am. They confirmed what work they were scheduled to do and immediately proceeded to do a spotless cleaning of all of my exterior windows (a two story, single family home.)They were quiet, expeditious and professional. I highly recommend them and will schedule them again!

Eric and his team were very professional, courteous and respectful of our property. The gutters and roof areas were cleaned impeccably as well as the windows in and out. Will use B&B again.

I had them clean my gutters and exterior windows. What a great experience! I was shown before and after photos of my gutters. The difference was astounding. And they took great care in cleaning my windows, even taking time to scrub little bits that didn't wipe off immediately. My windows are now cleaner than when they were originally installed!
